It's All About The Kibble

I was talking with a fellow amateur photog at work about flashes and shooting indoors. I don't shoot inside much, probably because I don't have a flash! So, I decide to spend some time messing with ISO settings and see what happened. What happened was the realization that my dogs are completely selfish and unhelpful jerks.

Look at these faces!

One would think with all the time, effort and money I spend on/with them that they could peel five minutes off their lives and help me learn a little, yeah?

Oh, no. Complete. Misery.

If this is not an "eff you and your camera" look I don't know what one is.

That is, until I bust out the food.

Say what?!

We try bossy first

Crap! Not working.

Um, um, go for the trick du jour

Yes, that one always works! Noms go here!Or, one could just do it the old-fashioned way....look cute while begging.

  1. I love some of the portraits with grain to them. I think it gives the picture character.

but it doesn't hurt to have such cute subjects, either!

I received a flash for Christmas and I have to say I am loving it...never thought I would ever own one. Cross over to the dark side! ;-)
